Burping is also known as eructation or belching. It often accompanied with a distinctive sound. There are mainly two cause of belching. One is poor digestion of food and another is swallowing excess air while eating. Burping can feel you uncomfortable or embarrassed. Ginger: Ginger is one of the most helpful to prevent burping. Just chew 3-4 pieces of ginger in a day and get protection from many stomach problems that cause burping. You can also drink ginger tea once a day.
Mint Tea: Mint is the best ingredient to treat gas related problems. Prepare a mint tea by boiling mint leaves in one glass of water or you can also chew mint leaves. To control the symptoms naturally drink mint tea twice a day.
Baking soda and lemon: lemon is helpful to treat digestion problems. Take 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and add half spoon of baking soda. Mix this in a glass of water and drink before taking every meal.

Stop smoking: Smoking is very effective to increase burping problems. If you are suffering from burping then avoid smoking.
Anise (सौंफ) Seeds: Anise seeds are also very helpful to treat burping. Take a glass of water and add 2-3 spoons of anise seeds. Boil the solution for 10 minutes. Then leave the solution to cool. Drink this solution 4-5 times a day and get instant relief from burping.
