Low back pain is a common problem in people of middle ages. Back pain can occur due to many reasons. Poppy Seeds (खसखस): Poppy seeds work as a wonderful remedy to treat back pain. Blend 100gm of Poppy seeds and Misri in a blender. Eat two teaspoons of this mixture twice a day and get relief from back pain.
Garlic: Garlic is also the best ingredient to treat low back pain. Eat 2-3 pieces of Garlic daily on an empty stomach. You can also use Garlic oil to massage your back. Repeat this daily and get instant relief.

Epsom Salt: Take a small amount of water and add some Epsom salt in it to make a thick paste. Apply this paste on your back and wrap a hot towel around your back. Leave it for 15-20 minutes. The heat from towel can help to reduce swallowing.
Milk: Milk is enriched in Calcium that makes your bones and muscles strong. Drink at least 2 glass of milk daily and also add 2 spoons of honey in it.
